    我用三个半小时熬了一碗秋梨膏…

        秋天来了。。

        燥热也如影相随,这几天感觉体内有痰,却一直和我拉锯,咳不出来,又无法忽视。

        手机报很贴心,给了一个秋梨膏的方子:一斤梨汁,熬到糊状,四两蜂蜜,熬成甜膏,每次干吃一匙或冲水稀释饮用。因为我不爱吃梨,所以觉得这样倒是一个好方法。

        今天加班回来尚早,我赶紧买了4个大梨,两斤四两,也就是说每个都有半斤以上的重量(感觉这些梨很彪悍的样子),两斤四两的梨去皮去核应该能榨出一斤的梨汁了。然后我把这些彪悍的梨一个个洗净削皮,切成小块,用榨汁机榨出雪白的梨汁,倒进锅里(准备用了半个小时),小火熬了两个小时。

        梨汁被烧熟的味道没有生的好闻,但熬到一定程度后在3米外可以闻到淡淡的甜甜的梨的味道,这点是生梨汁做不到的。将梨汁熬得干掉一半之后,我觉得已经初现糊形,就把一瓶一斤的蜂蜜倒了2/5进去,搅一搅,让它们自己相互认识,相互煎熬。

        又过了一个小时,锅里发出咕嘟咕嘟的声音,打开锅盖一看,锅的内容物不负我望地变成了一堆粘粘的糊糊,用汤匙一尝,我的脑中飞快地转过以下想法:这么好吃的东东居然是我自己这么有耐心地做出来的,真是令人感动啊~~~就是有点太甜,我终于充分理解了手机报里为什么要说用水冲服了,原来是太甜的缘故啊~~以上想法还没来得及转完,一滴附在汤匙上灼热的黏糊的液体酒离开了汤匙,带着重力加速度亲吻我的脚面,疼得我龇牙咧嘴,暗叹:为何幸福总是伴随着痛苦一起出现?

        我把自制的秋梨膏倒入青花的碗里,看见碗面上形成了一圈一圈的花纹,一共3个圈子,十分美丽的样子(或许是心理作用,辛苦的结果,自己总是觉得好的)。因为我家冰箱怠工已有两年之久,我准备把它装在漂亮的小盒子里放到单位的冰箱里,和不怕死的同事们一起分享。

        只是为了不爱吃梨而花三个半小时来熬秋梨膏,好像是有点得不偿失,那下次我尝试一下银耳雪梨汤好了,呵呵。
